IWSP Plant 6 (Production and Employees Building) project is owned by International Wiring System (Philippines) Corporation., is an electrical / electronic manufacturing company. It consists of 27,500 sqm floor area that is located at Luisita Industrial Park (LIP), Special Export Processing Zone (SPEZ), Barangay San Miguel, Tarlac City, Philippines.

This project includes the Design and Construction: Civil, Structural, Architectural works including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Works including STP.
