NEWLY COMPLETED PROJECT – IWSP PLANT 6 (Production and Employee Building)

The construction journey of the IWSP Plant 6 project has been successfully completed on track amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The new IWSP Plant-6, located at Luisita Industrial Park (LIP), Special Export Processing Zone (SPEZ), Barangay San Miguel, Tarlac City, Philippines has 27,500 sqm floor area that includes Production and Employee Building

Riofil Corporation has completed this project through application of Pre-engineered Building (PEB Building) from planning, design, fabrication up to Construction; Civil, Structural, Architectural works including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Works including other facilities such as STP.
