JOB DESCRIPTION

      The Contracts Officer is responsible in preparation, review and finalization of contract documents. Responsible in negotiating contracts’ terms and conditions.

  • Analyses and interprets complex contract terms and conditions, providing advice on their impact and associated risks and liability to all levels in the organization
  • Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of contract language and structure
  • Prepares and continuously review standard contracts and associated legal documents for all aspects of the business
  • Liaises on all aspects of contractual matters between company and its’ clients
  • Prepares, review and finalizes standard contract documents with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers, including but not limited to general conditions, contract agreement for awarded projects, etc.
